It is printed on clear vinyl: only the art shows, with no white background. It is waterproof and looks best on glass and light surfaces, where the colors stay true.
To apply, clean and dry the surface and press from the center out. To remove it, start at one corner and pull slowly: it comes off without leaving residue.
